Refund policy

We want you to love your order! If you're not satisfied with the print quality of the item(s) you received, please contact us at funzyts4u@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the issue so our team can investigate promptly.

Replacements: If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will gladly send a complimentary replacement order at no cost to you.

Refunds: If a replacement is not possible or you prefer not to wait for a new order, please let us know and we will issue a refund. Refunds are only issued for validated print quality issues.

Returns: Because all of our products are made-to-order and or personalized, we are unable to accept returns. This includes orders where the wrong size was selected — please double-check our size guide before ordering.

New Orders: If you'd like to submit a new order for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the new order.
